Project from mid 2025: Wanted to step out of my usual comfort zone of static beauty renders and try to do something running in real time for this project.
This is some footage I captured walking around in game using a controller. The base environment is the classic mansion pack by Anıl İşbilir. Although I did a heavy set dressing pass and replaced some assets using various marketplace items. The goal was to create an immersive atmosphere using not just lighting but gameplay elements and especially audio. It was a cool experience learning how spatialization/binaural audio works in unreal as well as how to set up character gameplay features in blueprint. Everything in the vid including the audio is captured directly in unreal with no post work done aside from the background music which I added in davinci.
